The reason for this photo is the gear-shift. No knob. It would cost little
for a replacement but the driver won't buy one because it's not his bus, and the bus-company won't buy one because they don't care. So, day-in day-out he manipulates a stick of naked, threaded metal. That's China. (His reading the newspaper while driving is another subject altogether). |
