Vertical HCMC
- Ho Chi Minh City (aka Saigon) is reaching for the sky. Home dwellings are quite vertical in Vietnamese cities; my guess is that property taxes were once based upon building frontage. Now different economic forces are at work and sky-scrapers are soaring.
